 Snyder Construction anti-bribery and corruption policy ensures compliance with all relevant laws, addressing risks associated with unethical practices. Any kind of bribery or illegal inducement is forbidden under this policy, including payments for facilitation and giving authorities gifts that are not approved. By following these rules, Snyder Construction reduces the possibility of corruption-related hazards while upholding its dedication to moral business practices. 

Purpose

By addressing the risks associated with bribery and corruption, this policy makes sure Snyder Construction upholds the highest levels of integrity and compliance.

  1. No Bribery: Employees are not permitted to request, propose, provide, or accept bribes or other illegal payments or favors.

2) Facilitation Payments: It is strictly forbidden to make minor payments known as "facilitation payments" to speed up regular government procedures. Every interaction with officials needs to be open, honest, and compliant with the law.

3) Reporting Violations: Employees are required to notify the management immediately of any suspected bribery, corruption, or policy violation. Snyder Constructions is dedicated to preventing discrimination or retaliation against people who report issues in good faith.

4) Training and Communication: All employees will receive training on this policy, which will cover how to report any concerns as well as how to identify the dangers of bribery and corruption. This policy will be made available on the company's internal systems and distributed to all personnel as well as pertinent third parties.

5) Consequences of Non-Compliance: In addition to possible legal action, violations of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, which may include termination of contracts or employment.
