I hereby acknowledge that I have received, read and understood all rules and policies of Snyder Construction, while using a company vehicle.

I agree to conform to all company practices, rules and regulations relating to the use of company vehicles.

I understand that my failure to follow these safety procedures, will result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge.

I further understand that: 

• It is my responsibility to do an all around check up and report any unsafe conditions before starting the company vehicle.

• If company vehicles are taken home after work (with permission), family members are not permitted to drive Snyder Construction vehicles.
