Employees who work less than 20 hours per week or less than 8 months per year.
If this applies to you, please go to the next Module.
You will be provided with physical copies of the *Waiver and the Plan Requirements & Employment Agreement. Please complete these and submit them to your supervisor at the end of your orientation session.
